Tell me a little bit about your educational and professional background.
I studied BS Nursing at Bulacan State University, is a Licensed Nurse, and was in the Healthcare field for 2 years before shifting into Customer Service 4 years ago. I attended workshops, seminars, and training for Customer Service, I worked with 2 Big BPO companies in the Philippines before deciding to work home-based as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, and Project Management.
What do you love about what you do?
I love helping people with easy tasks to a complex task, the challenge of learning new tasks every now and then, and meeting new people virtually, around the globe!
What do you like about working for SCC?
At first, I am amazed how Katie and the other artists do their thing. Seeing and watching them is a breath of fresh air for me. I also love how organized the tasks are, and the support system is outstanding and everyone’s willingness to help. I always love how Katie makes me feel good about myself and about the tasks I did.
What do you do in your spare time?
I spend all my spare time with my toddler since he is the main reason why I started working from home. Aside from it, I also love watching movies, traveling, and hanging out with my family and friends. Also, I am still practicing my Profession in my community as needed.
